I'm Dr Stephen McCormac — a business leader and transformation specialist with 25+ years in professional services and consulting leadership.
I've held senior roles at Accenture, Infosys, and Capgemini, and served as Managing Director with full P&L accountability at multiple businesses. As MD at Codit UK, I led a comprehensive business turnaround. At Infosys, I managed an $80m+ global portfolio with full revenue and margin accountability.
I've led major transformations for Unilever, Diageo, O2, Tesco, Mars, and British American Tobacco. I've been a registered company director three times.
I hold a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart and am completing my Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School.
