Each coaching relationship begins with understanding your context — where you are now, what you’re aiming for, and what might be holding you back.

From there, we’ll work through a structured and practical process that reflects the Catalyst Edge™ approach — helping you think strategically, act with intent, and adapt as you learn.

Sessions are purposeful and supportive, combining reflection, challenge, and tools you can apply immediately.

You’ll leave each conversation clearer, calmer, and ready to take focused action.

How it works

Most clients begin with an initial series of three sessions to clarify goals, explore key challenges, and create early progress.

After that, we can extend or adapt the rhythm based on your needs and objectives.

  • Session length: 60 minutes

  • Format: Virtual (or in-person where practical)

  • Focus: Individual or team programmes

  • Between sessions: Practical exercises and reflection tools from the Catalyst Edge Toolkit
